Author Guidelines

Penerbit Yayasan Edutrax Inovasi Indonesia welcomes submissions from researchers, educators, and students worldwide in all disciplines. Our publication categories include:

  • Academic Monographs: Single-author or co-authored books that present in-depth research on a specialised topic. Unlike textbooks or edited volumes, monographs are usually written for scholars and advanced students rather than general audiences. They contribute original research, theoretical advancements, or comprehensive analysis of a subject. Manuscript formatting should consider the following flexible template.
  • Edited Volumes: Collections of essays or chapters written by different authors but compiled and overseen by an editor or group of editors. These books usually focus on a central theme or topic, with each chapter providing a different perspective, methodology, or case study. Manuscript formatting should consider the following flexible template.
  • Conference Proceedings: Collections of research papers presented at an academic conference. They provide a record of the latest research and discussions in a specific field. Manuscript formatting should consider the following flexible template.
  • Textbooks: Designed primarily for educational purposes, providing foundational knowledge on a subject for students at different academic levels. Unlike monographs, textbooks are often structured with learning objectives, summaries, exercises, and case studies to facilitate teaching and learning. To ensure consistency and high-quality publications, authors must adhere to the following general guidelines:

  • Manuscript Formatting: Use our official template, ensuring proper citation style and structure.
  • Length Requirements: Manuscripts should meet the minimum and maximum word count specified in the submission categories.
  • Figures and Tables: Must be properly labelled and referenced within the text.
  • Referencing Style: Follow citation format of the American Psychological Association (APA) 7 edition style.
  • Language and Clarity: Ensure clarity, grammatical accuracy, and adherence to academic writing standards.
  • Ethical Compliance: Authors must confirm their work complies with ethical research and publication practices.
  • Permissions: Any copyrighted material must have appropriate permissions or acknowledgements.

Publication Charges

We are committed to promoting high-quality open-access publishing accessible to all. To support the costs of editorial processing, peer review, copyediting, and digital hosting, a transparent fee structure is maintained.

  • Academic Monographs: IDR 1.300.000 [as of 2025]
  • Edited Volumes: IDR 500.000 for each chapter [as of 2025]
  • Conference Proceedings: IDR 1.300.000 [as of 2025]
  • Textbooks: IDR 1.300.000 [as of 2025]

The international standard book number (ISBN) and intellectual property rights (HKI) are included in the fee.

We offer partial or full waivers for authors from developing countries or those with financial constraints. Further optional services such as professional editing, formatting, and print-on-demand are available at additional costs. Please contact us for special considerations.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another press for consideration.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
